擁有德文名字的Gewürztraminer,其實是來自義大利Alto Adige區的原生葡萄。
酒色呈現榖麥黃色,散發高貴濃郁的果香,還略帶玫瑰&荔枝的香氣。口感飽滿特殊,溫柔的酸度結合恰當好處的甜度,在嘴裡留下久久不散的迷人風味。

釀酒法:經過特別處理,以保留Gewürztraminer葡萄的獨特香氣;並以精選酵母進行發酵於不鏽鋼槽發酵

GEWÜRZTRAMINER DOC Alto Adige ERSTE+NEUE

Despite to its German name, Gewürtztraminer is a native Italian grape, originated in a small village in Alto Adige region, Italy.

Straw yellow colour. Fruity, noble bouquet with hints of roses and lychee. Full and unique on the palate with a soft acidity and fine sweetness, very long lasting aftertaste.

VINIFICATION: Particularly careful treatment of the grapes to save typical aroma; fermentation and storage in contact with the fine yeast in the stainless steel tanks. 
ALCOHOL: 13.5%

“Caraceni”意即峭壁之人,為羅馬時期Sannio地區其中一支部落。
散發地中海的香料味,以及柑橘類果香;充滿酸度、結構完整。
口味相當正統,勇於挑戰現存一般的Falanghina風味

The “Caraceni”, men of the cliffs, were one the tribes in the Sannio region during Roman times. An authentic Falanghina: it appears in the bottle exactly as it does in the vineyard. It is aged exclusively in stainless steel to allow the full expression of its natural charactristics. Acidic and structured, it is a Falanghina that goes against the trend of standardized wines.

MÜLLER THURGAU has a straw yellow color with greenish tints and an intense, aromatic, subtly fruity perfume. Delicate, but not overly so, the wine has a delicate dry taste, well sustained by crisp acidity, that gives it a long finish.

The wine has distinctive personality, appreciated for its unique flavour as well as its amazing perfume.

CAMPANIA IGT ‘le terre' MURATORI     

“Le Terre” is a blend of the 3 famous Campania white grapes: Falanghina, Fiano & Greco; and also 30% of other native grapes from Campania. The vineyards located on Benevento province hills, with soil rich of tuff, bring the wine aromas and minerals flavors. All the process is made avoiding accidental contact with atmosphere oxygen, in order to keep all the freshness of this land.

VINIFICATION: All the grapes are vinificated separately and the blend is made after at least 5 months of maturation, in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature.
