”Mezzan”為產區當地方言,即「位於中間」之意,正說明葡萄的來源:海拔高度適中的精選葡萄園。深紫紅的色澤,旋轉酒杯後留下櫻桃紅的淚痕;黑櫻桃的香氣之中,帶有一絲香草味。結構完整、個性鮮明,是一款相當引人入勝的黑皮諾。

Pinot Nero Alto Adige DOC "MEZZAN"  ERSTE+NEUE

‘Mezzan' means “in the middle” in local dialect. Using grapes from their best vineyard with middle altitude, it is a Pinot Nero with top quality. Purple with a dark cherry-red rim, dense tears. Spicy aroma spectrum of black cherries, sour cherry cake and touch of vanilla. Dry, powerfully structured, characteristic and inviting.

YIELD: 50 hl/hectare     
GRAPES: 100% Pinot Nero
VINIFICATION: traditional mash fermentation; storage departed in big wooden casks and in little oak casks for 12 months.
ALCOHOL: 13.5%
FOOD PAIRINGS: roasted and grilled meat like poultry, also excellent with lamb.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C

Sorni-Pressano地區種植法國的卡本內蘇維儂葡萄,已有數十年的歷史。香氣強烈而濃郁─果香、胡椒,夾帶香草&香料的氣味;最後散發屬於咖啡&巧克力的溫暖。一入口即可感受令人愉悅的口感,接著伴隨結實而強壯的複合香味。

CABERNET SAUVIGNON DOC Ritratti LA-VIS    

Cabernet Sauvignon “Ritratti” has a deep ruby-red color with hint of garnet, offering intense bouquet with suggestions of dark fruit, ripe, pepper & aborigine, combined with vanilla & spices. The delicate finish has coffee and chocolate notes and a warming alcohol sensation. An elegant, yet powerful wine very characteristic flavour.

VINIFICATION: Traditional method in stainless steel tanks
MALOLACTIC FERMENTATION: Complete
AGEING: 14 months in oak barriques; 6 months in bottles

TEROLDEGO IGT Simboli LA-VIS

Teroldego is an indigenous vine that has been cultivated in the Trentino since ancient times. Our Intense and intriguing violet scented fruit characters, typical of this wine, dominates the nose, becoming full and persistent as the wine ages. The palate is warm and sappy with a pleasingly bittersweet after taste, well balanced with a good tannin structure and excellent fruit.

COLOUR: intense ruby red with slight violet highlights.
NOSE: intense, characteristic bouquet that fully reflects the primary aromatic components of this variety.
TASTE: it's full-bodied and robust, fresh plums on the palate, nicely balanced by food-friendly acidity and soft tannins.
GRAPES: 100% Montepulciano
VINIFICATION: In stainless steel thermo-regulated tanks.
ALCOHOL: 12%       
FOOD PAIRINGS: Any red meat or hearty meat or cheese pasta sauce will work well.
