貝拉維斯塔法喬柯塔氣泡酒作為義大利Franciacorta地區大使,可說是當之無愧。
嚴選來自當地100塊以上土地的(至少)30種基酒,進行史無前例的超級複雜混釀,打造出無與倫比的獨特風格。金黃色澤之中隱約閃爍一股綠色調,還有綿密如幕斯般的氣泡,源源不絕地自杯底向上攀升;濃郁誘人的香氣表現的是小白花&成熟西洋梨的芳香,伴隨幽淡的香草氣味;味道呼應香氣的表現,還有令人心滿意足的撲鼻餘韻,優雅且合諧。

**FRANCIACORTA CUVÉE DOCG BRUT NV BELLAVISTA

The Bellavista Cuvée Brut, in terms of quality and style, is an ambassador for the true worth of Franciacorta area. It derives from the combination of at least 30 selections of wine coming from more than 100 plots of land, cultivated in 10 different communes of Franciacorta appellation. These wines bring a consistent, signature style and especially give our Franciacorta Cuvee Brut its inimitable appeal and finesse. It has a pale, lively and decidedly persistent mousse, with fine & continuous perlage. Its color is yellow, with marked greenish reflections. The bouquet is ample and inviting, with rich notes of white flowers and ripe fruit (decana pears), along with subtle hints of chlorophyll and vanilla. The flavor echoes the sensations on the nose, and the aftertaste is tangy and satisfying. In depth and remarkable harmony are evident in its splendid elegance and balance.

GRAPES: 80% Chardonnay & 20% Pinot Nero + Pinot Bianco               
VINIFICATION: Fermenting & maturing for 7 months in small oak barrels; then add ‘reserve wines' coming from 6-9 earlier vintages.

Novalia is the Latin word for recently cultivated land. A Brut made from grapes cultivated on alluvial land, unique for its ability to produce Chardonnay with good acidity and perfect sugar levels. Acidity and freshness are prized in this interpretation of Chardonnay that is both positive and thoughtful.

Asti Millesimato DOCG “monti furchi” TERREDAVINO

This wonderful sparkling wine denominated by us "SuperAsti" comes from remarkable vineyards in the Monti Furchi district in thecomune of Nizza Monferrato (AT).

These outstanding low-yield vineyards, with excellent inclination and sun exposure, are cultivated specifically to bring their grapes to super-ripeness. Drawn on our long experience with producing Moscato Passito and on our mastery in attaining high degrees of sugar ripeness, we decided to make a high-quality, naturally-sparkling spumante without the usual addition of sucrose.

YIELD: 55hl/hectare
GRAPES: 100% Moscato Bianco
VINIFICATION: After a brief cold maceration and light pressing, the must is kept chilled until the onset of fermentation and of natural effervescence (no added sucrose).
ALCOHOL: 7.5%
